A component layer the next engineer can extend without archaeology

A component layer the next engineer can extend without archaeology

Front-end engineering with accessibility and performance treated as requirements: typed components, tested behaviour, and a codebase the next engineer can pick up.

Front-end work is judged twice: once by the person using the interface, and again a year later by the engineer who has to change it. Most codebases are built for the first and abandoned by the second.

Performance as a budget, not an aspiration

We set a byte budget and a Core Web Vitals target at the start and enforce both in CI, so a regression fails the build instead of being discovered in production. JavaScript ships only where it earns its place; anything that can be HTML and CSS is HTML and CSS.

Accessibility as a requirement

Semantic markup, a visible focus ring, keyboard paths through every flow, and contrast checked with a number rather than an opinion. This is not a late audit — it is how the components are written in the first place.

Written to be inherited

Typed interfaces, props documented where they are declared, tests around the parts that fail quietly, and comments that explain a decision rather than restating the code. Components stay small enough to hold in your head.

Working inside your codebase

We are equally willing to work in a repository you already have. In that case the first deliverable is usually a short written assessment of what is worth keeping and what is quietly costing you time.

NeuroHub took a month of manual work off our support team.

The AI assistant resolves two thirds of tickets before a person sees them, and the handover to an agent is clean. We measured it weekly with them and the numbers held.

Sarah Thompson

COO, logistics operator

A rebuild that actually got faster, not just prettier.

Core Web Vitals went green on every template and organic traffic recovered within a quarter. The team explained every trade-off before making it.

Wade Warren

Head of e-commerce

Working with NeuroHub was a pleasure.

They said no to two ideas we had and were right both times. What they did build has been running for a year without us touching it.

Lisa Williams

CEO, HealthTech startup

The first agency that handed over documentation we could use.

Our own engineers picked the project up in a week. Prompts, evaluations, tracing — all there, all explained.
