Reporting on qualified sessions and revenue

Reporting on qualified sessions and revenue, not positions alone
One page per search intent instead of several competing for it
A technical baseline that stops holding good content back
Search work measured in qualified traffic and revenue: technical health, semantics mapped to one page per intent, and content that earns its position and keeps it.
Search is the one channel where the work compounds. A page that earns its position keeps earning without a daily budget. That is also why it rewards engineering discipline and punishes the monthly report full of green arrows.
Content cannot outrun a site the crawler struggles with. We start with what is measurable: crawlability and index coverage, render-blocking resources and Core Web Vitals, duplicate and near-duplicate pages, internal linking depth, structured data that matches what is actually on the page. Each finding is ranked by how much traffic it puts at risk, so the list is a work queue rather than a document.
We collect what your buyers actually type, cluster it by intent, and map each cluster onto exactly one page. Most sites lose to themselves here: three pages competing for the same query split the signal and none of them wins. The output is a recommended structure — which pages should exist, which should merge, which should go.
A page ranks when it answers the query better than what is already there. We write to the intent behind the query rather than to a keyword density, and we say plainly when a topic is not worth a page.
Positions are a diagnostic. The report covers qualified sessions, the queries that convert, and revenue attributable to organic search. If rankings improve and revenue does not, we will be the ones to say so.

The AI assistant resolves two thirds of tickets before a person sees them, and the handover to an agent is clean. We measured it weekly with them and the numbers held.

Core Web Vitals went green on every template and organic traffic recovered within a quarter. The team explained every trade-off before making it.

They said no to two ideas we had and were right both times. What they did build has been running for a year without us touching it.
